There is no doubt that there is a conflict taking place in this world between the truth (Haq) and falsehood (Baatil) which goes back to the time of Adam (AS). In this conflict the Shaytaan will always target to put out the light of Allah (SWT), to try to prevent his servants from abiding by his commands and to try to take him or her far away from the Shari’ah of Allah (SWT). 

This is no more true today than it has been throughout the history of mankind. So we see that in the past Bani Israel (the children of Israel) targeted the Prophets of Allah and killed many of them and so we see today as well that many of the true scholars of Islam have been killed, have been imprisoned or are being pursued. Some of the Ulema who are currently in Prison include:

Sheikh Omar Bakri Muhammad – imprisoned in Lebanon at the request of Bashar Al-Assad of Syria to silence those resisting the mass slaughter of Muslims in Syria

Sheikh Nasir Al-Fahd – imprisoned in Saudi Arabia for exposing the apostate Saudi regimes crimes against Islam and Muslims

Sheikh Ali Al-Khudayr – imprisoned in Saudi Arabia for exposing the apostate Saudi regimes crimes

Sheikh Umar Abdur Rahman – imprisoned in America for his support of Islam and Muslims

Sheikh Suleiman Al Ulwan – imprisoned in Saudi Arabia for his support of Islam and Muslims

Sheikh Khalid Rashid – imprisoned in Saudi Arabia for his support of Islam and Muslims

Islamic activists include:

Sheikh Abu Hamza – imprisoned in America for his Daw’ah activities in the UK

Sister Aafia Siddiqui – imprisoned in America for raising her voice against US oppression

Brother Fahad Hashmi – imprisoned in America under false accusations of supporting terrorism

May Allah protect the ulema who are still free at large, free all those who are in prison and grant jannah to those who have passed away or been killed.

Some of the most nasty regimes in the world today are in fact those who parade themselves as Islamic but in reality are furthest from Allah’s laws and indeed in the front line of arresting, imprisoning and murdering the scholars of Islam and attacking Ahl ul Sunnah; such as Saudi Arabia and Iran. False excuses, such as that they are ‘fighting terrorism’ or ‘takfeeris’ are used to commit the most horrendous crimes against the scholars of Islam and innocent men, women and even children, often to please their paymasters i.e. the US regime.

Allah tells us in the Qur’an that the Prophets of Allah will be tested most and then the Scholars and then others each according to their own Imaan. Hence although we expect our own scholars to be tested this is no excuse for us to remain silent and not to defend them and make dua for them etc… indeed if we allow our ulema to be taken from us then who will extract the divine rules from the evidences for us and give us Fatwas and teach us our Deen? As the Messenger Muhammad (saw) said: ‘The Ulema are the inheritors of the Prophets’ for they have inherited the Ilm (knowledge) by the grace of Allah (SWT) which they then pass on to us.

The more the enemies see the Muslims rise and call for Islam the more they will increase their efforts to prevent them establishing their Deen. So we see that the United Nations, the USA, Britain etc… have taken many measures to label those calling for Jihad or Shari’ah or who support the Khilafah as terrorists who must be stopped, arrested and even killed etc…

We urge Muslims to remember all their brothers and sisters around the world who are working to see this Deen of Islam prevail and in particular the ulema who are in the front line against the enemies of Islam and Muslims.

May Allah (SWT) grant us victory in this life and in the next and accept our humble efforts to raise awareness about the reality, Ameen Ya Rabbil Aalameen.
